The Schulich doctoral students are eligible to apply for the Conference Travel Fund. The bursary fund provides students with a maximum $1,000 per year (September 1 to August 31), provided that the student is presenting a paper at a conference recognized by the area or is nominated by the area to attend a major PhD symposium. Students must obtain approval from their area representative prior to making travel arrangements.
**Upload all original receipts for registration fee, accommodation and transportation, etc. and a copy of the conference program.
Prior to the Event, a notice of approval will be sent by email indicating the amount of funding granted. Following the Event, original receipts and a copy of the conference programme must be submitted in order to receive funding. Funding will be deposited to your university student account and a cheque will be issued.
