Thank you for your interest in the GWL Women in Supply Chain Mentorship Program. This program connects women-identifying graduate students from the Schulich School of Business pursuing careers in supply chain management with alumni and industry mentors to foster mentorship, professional development, and meaningful networking.

Mentor Eligibility:
Mentors are industry professionals and/or Schulich alumni working in supply chain management or related roles. Ideal mentors are passionate about supporting the next generation of talent, open to sharing their career experiences, and able to commit to three 30-minute mentorship meetings (coffee chats) over the course of the program.
Mentors will have the opportunity to give back to the Schulich community, expand their professional network, and support the advancement of women in supply chain leadership.
Mentor Responsibilities:
Mentors are expected to:
• Complete this application form
• Participate in three (3) mentorship meetings (coffee chats) with their assigned mentee during the course of the program. Meetings will be pre-scheduled by the mentee and in-person where possible.
• Attend the Women in Supply Chain Networking Event at Schulich
• Submit a brief post-program feedback survey
Timeline (2025-2026)
December 2025 - Applications open
January 30, 2026 - Applications close; followed by mentorship matching
February 2026 - Mentorship meetings begin (Three sessions between February to June)
March 2026 - Networking event at Schulich
June 30, 2026 - Program concludes; post-program survey
