Enrolment Status Change Form

1. INSTRUCTIONS

To request a change in your enrolment status (from full-time to part-time, or vice versa), you should submit your form prior to your Enrolment Access Period to ensure access to the appropriate course load.
The deadlines to submit a change of status request are:
Winter - January 15, 2025
Summer - May 15, 2024
Fall - September 18, 2024

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

* Only students in MBA, PDAM, MBA/JD, IMBA, and MSCM programs can switch between Full-time and Part-time study (see further restrictions below when selecting your program.)

All other degree programs are Full-time study only. Part-time study is not available.

** International students: If you are on a study permit, please contact International Relations before changing to part-time: intlrelations@schulich.yorku.ca.

3. NEW STATUS INFORMATION

Please select the appropriate option which indicates your new status with the associated semester. This form can accommodate multiple status change request.

- Part-time students can enrol in 1.50 to 7.50 credit hours per semester.
- Full-time students can enrol in 9.00 to 18.00 credit hours per semester.
